Well, our recent journey to Montgomery really paid off! On Valentines Day, Chris and I received word from our social worker that our ABI (Alabama State) and FBI (National) Clearances came through! This is incredible....we were told that clearances sometimes take as long as 6 months, and ours came through in only 2 weeks and 1 day. Our social worker said we must be very "lucky" people. This certainly helps our paperwork process move along.
